LZ1DPN CW Transceiver with Si5351



QRP transceiver LZ1DPN-CW2 for 3.5, 5, 7, 10 and 14 MHz CW operation. This transceiver is based on Small Wonder Labs SW 20/30/40 schematics. I also use parts from my work before - from my EK1A homebrew copy, and realize some changes in schematics and source code.

This is 5W QRP transceiver. Receiver work on all HF BANDS, but transmitter has band limitation from LPF and driver transistor BD139. RF amplifier with IRF510 is tested and worked well to 10W RF Power, but need more cooling with fan, and power consumption is too high for QRP/mobile activity.


Temporary QSO DX record with this transceiver is 4030 km with UE99PW, 2667 km on 7 MHz (Isle of Man - MD0CCE - RCV RST 559) . With 4L5P - 1435 km (Georgia), and with DL5ARZ - 1630 km (Germany).
